Centralized Building Management (BMS)
Our BMS solutions allow you to control and schedule your entire facility from one central computer. We program strict setpoints to prevent systems from “fighting” each other—such as a heater battling an air conditioner in the same zone.

Integrated Access Control
We take automation a step further by linking your BMS to your security infrastructure. When an employee swipes their access card at the turnstile, the BMS knows exactly where they are going. It automatically wakes up the lighting and cooling for their specific zone. Conversely, when the last person swipes out, the zone shuts down immediately.

Smart Sub-Metering
